* WHERE...Middle Rio Grande Valley including the Albuquerque Metro
Area, Northwest Plateau, Espanola Valley, and Lower Rio Grande

* WHEN...From 1 PM this afternoon to 7 PM MDT this evening.
* IMPACTS...Hot temperatures may cause heat illnesses.
Instruction:
Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of
the sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors.
