* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...A portion of northern New Jersey, including the following counties, Middlesex, Morris and Somerset. * WHEN...Through this evening. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - While most of the rain has ended, some rising rivers, creeks, and streams are being observed which could result in flooding.
