* WHAT...Flooding caused by rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...North Central Esmeralda County in south central Nevada...
* WHEN...Until 1145 PM PDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Water over roadways.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1018 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated moderate-to-heavy rain
due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to
begin shortly in the advisory area.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Mainly rural areas of North Central Esmeralda County including
Highway 95 between mile markers 86 and 99.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
