* WHERE...East Central Lincoln County in south central Nevada...

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 610 PM PDT, the public reported heavy rain in the advisory
area due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected
to begin shortly.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
