* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Portions of panhandle Nebraska, including the following county, Kimball and southeast Wyoming, including the following county, Laramie. * WHEN...Until 1100 PM MDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 750 PM MDT, local law enforcement reported heavy rain in the advisory area due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are expected over the area.
