Description:
At 643 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Louisville, or
10 miles southeast of Gretna, moving east at 40 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
Locations impacted include...
Bellevue, Papillion, Offutt AFB, Plattsmouth, Springfield,
Louisville, Cedar Creek, Murdock, Walnut Creek Recreation Area,
Manley, Alvo, South Bend, Louisville State Recreation Area, Camp
Maha, Schramm Park State Recreation Area, Platte River State Park,
and Mahoney State Park.
This includes Interstate 80 in Nebraska between mile markers 423 and
430.
Instruction:
A Tornado Watch remains in effect until midnight CDT for southwestern
Iowa...and southeastern and east central Nebraska.
For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.
