At 722 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Sunol, or 12
miles west of Chappell, moving southeast at 20 mph.
HAZARD...Golf ball size hail and 60 mph wind gusts.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail
damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect wind
damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
Locations impacted include...
Sidney, Lodgepole, and Sunol.
This includes Interstate 80 in Nebraska between mile markers 60 and
77.
Instruction:
A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 1100 PM MDT for the Panhandle
of Nebraska.
