Description: 
At 539 PM CDT/439 PM MDT/, Doppler radar was tracking an area of strong thunderstorms between Enders and Palisade, moving east at 5 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and penny size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Wauneta, Enders, Hamlet, and Area A Campground. This includes Highway 61 between mile markers 29 and 30 and Highway 6 between 37 and 56.
Instruction: 
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways. To report severe weather, contact your nearest law enforcement agency. They will relay your report to the National Weather Service office in North Platte.
