Description: 
At 647 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from 12 miles northwest of Barton to near Chappell to 7 miles north of Sixteen-Mile Corner. Movement was east at 20 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Chappell, Big Springs, Barton, Brandon, Goldeneye State Wildlife Management Area, and Megeath. This includes Interstate 80 in Nebraska between mile markers 87 and 116.
Instruction: 
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 1000 PM MDT for the Panhandle of and southwestern Nebraska.
