Description:
* WHAT...The heavy rainfall has ended but minor flooding may be
ongoing.
* WHERE...East Central Dawson County in south central Nebraska...
* WHEN...Until 1030 PM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 848 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated previous heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Minor flooding may be ongoing in the advisory
area. Between 1.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen.
- This includes the following streams and drainages...
Spring Creek, Crooked Creek, Buffalo Creek, Elm Creek, Bell
Creek, Platte River and Dry Fork Wood River. Flooding impacts
will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Overton, but mainly rural areas northwest of Overton and
northeast of Lexington.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
