Description:
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Central Custer County in central Nebraska...
* WHEN...Until 145 AM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos. Minor flooding
possible water roadways in poor drainage.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1045 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have
fallen.
- This includes the following streams and drainages...
Wood River, Ash Creek, Cottonwood Creek, Clear Creek, Deer Creek,
Spring Creek, Sand Creek, South Loup River, North Branch Mud
Creek and Mud Creek. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are
expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
flooding.

Broken Bow, Callaway, Berwyn and Lodi.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Please report observed flooding to local emergency services or law
enforcement and request they pass this information to the National
Weather Service when you can do so safely.
