Description:
At 441 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 13
miles west of Miles City, moving northeast at 30 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and penny size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Miles City, Hathaway and Matthews Recreation Area.
Instruction:
Monitor the weather situation closely and be alert for threatening
weather conditions.
