At 829 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking an area of strong thunderstorms extending from 14 miles north of Worden to 16 miles northwest of Fort Smith, moving east at 35 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts of 45 to 55 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Gusty winds may impact travel along Interstate 90 and Interstate 94 east of Billings. Locations impacted include... Billings, Hardin, Custer, Ballantine, Worden, Huntley, Shepherd, Lockwood, Billings Heights, Crow Agency, Billings West End, Pompeys Pillar, St. Xavier, Acton and Crow Indian Reservation.
