Description:
At 324 AM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a line of strong
thunderstorms extending from 22 miles north of Roundup to 12 miles
north of Joliet, moving east at 40 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts of 40 to 55 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Billings, Roundup, Laurel, Shepherd, Huntley, Billings Heights,
Lockwood, Worden, Billings West End, Ballantine, Musselshell,
Broadview, Lavina, Klein, Acton, Comanche, Molt, Pompeys Pillar and
Park City.
Instruction:
Monitor the weather situation closely and be alert for threatening
weather conditions.
