Description:
* WHAT...Southeast winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 30 mph
expected.
* WHERE...Fort Peck Lake.
* WHEN...From 6 AM this morning to 2 PM MDT this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Strong winds and rough waves on area lakes will create
hazardous conditions for small craft.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The strongest winds will be over the eastern
half of the lake. Wave up to 4 feet are expected.
Instruction:
Boaters on Fort Peck Lake should use extra caution since strong winds
and rough waves can overturn small craft.
