* WHAT...For the Extreme Heat Warning, dangerously hot conditions with highs up to 105 expected. For the Lake Wind Advisory, west winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 35 mph expected. * WHERE...Fort Peck Lake, Central and Southeast Phillips, Central and Southern Valley, Garfield, McCone, and Petroleum Counties. * WHEN...For the Extreme Heat Warning, from 10 AM this morning to 10 PM MDT Sunday. For the Lake Wind Advisory, from noon today to 6 PM MDT this evening. * IMPACTS...Strong winds and rough waves on area lakes will create hazardous conditions for small craft. Heat related illnesses increase significantly during extreme heat and high humidity events. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Waves up to 4 feet are expected over Fort Peck Lake today.
Instruction: 
Boaters on Fort Peck Lake should use extra caution since strong winds and rough waves can overturn small craft. Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of the sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors.
