Description: 
* WHAT...High temperatures up to 100 degrees expected. * WHERE...Portions of central, north central, and southwest Montana. * WHEN...Until 9 PM MDT Sunday. * IMPACTS...Hot temperatures may cause heat illnesses. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The heat will peak on Saturday, with lower elevation temperatures reaching the upper 90s to near 100 degrees.
Instruction: 
Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of the sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors. If you must spend time outdoors, wear lightweight and loose fitting clothing. Try to limit strenuous activities to early morning or evening. Take action when you see symptoms of heat exhaustion and heat stroke.
