* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Southwestern Carter County in southeastern Montana... Southeastern Powder River County in southeastern Montana... * WHEN...Until 330 AM MDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways, including US-212. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1236 AM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 0.8 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Hammond, Boyes, Belle Creek and Ridge. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
