Description:
* WHAT...Wintry mix of snow, sleet, and freezing rain. Total snow
accumulations of 1 to 4 inches. Highest amounts south of Gulkana.
Light glaze ice accumulation possible.
* WHERE...Central Copper Valley, Ernestine, Southern Copper Valley,
and Western Copper Valley.
* WHEN...Until 10 AM AKDT Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow will continue through across the southern
Copper River Basin through early Sunday morning. The snow may
briefly change to a wintry mix of snow, sleet, and freezing rain
Sunday morning before southerly winds develop and temperatures warm
above freezing, changing any wintry precipitation to rain.
