* WHAT...Southwest winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 45 mph
expected.
* WHERE...Municipality of Skagway.
* WHEN...Until 7 PM AKDT this evening.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Wind gusts will increase rapidly during Friday
morning. Speeds may briefly exceed 50 mph during the initial wind
gust.
