Description:
* WHAT...For the Small Craft Advisory, north winds 20 to 30 kt
with gusts approaching 40 kt and seas 7 to 11 ft at 10 seconds.
For the Hazardous Seas Warning, very steep and hazardous seas 7
to 11 ft at 9 seconds expected.
* WHERE...For the Small Craft Advisory, a small area across far
northern portions of the waters. For the Hazardous Seas
Warning, for nearly all areas except a small area across far
northern portions of the waters.
* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 5 AM PDT Tuesday.
For the Hazardous Seas Warning, from 2 PM Sunday to 5 AM PDT
Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Very steep and hazardous seas could capsize or
damage vessels. Bar crossings will become especially
treacherous.

Instruction:
Recreational boaters should remain in port. Commercial vessels
should prepare for very steep seas and consider remaining in port
until conditions improve.
