HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

Locations impacted include...
Liberty, Excelsior Springs, Kearney, Lawson, Holt, Crystal Lakes,
Missouri City, Excelsior Estates, Woods Heights, Rayville, Mosby,
Homestead, Prathersville, Elmira, and Knoxville.
This includes Interstate 35 in Missouri between mile markers 17 and
37.
