* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Portions of North Mississippi, including the following counties, DeSoto and Marshall and West Tennessee, including the following county, Shelby. * WHEN...Until 615 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 522 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Up to one inch of rainfall may occur in 15 to 30 minutes. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
