Mississippi...
Wolf River Above Gulfport affecting Harrison County.
For the Jourdan River...including Kiln/Bay St. Louis...Moderate
flooding is forecast.
For the Wolf River...including Gulfport...Moderate flooding is
forecast.
For the Biloxi River...including Lyman...Moderate flooding is
forecast.
For the Tchoutacabouffa River...including D'Iberville...Moderate
flooding is forecast.
* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
forecast.
* WHERE...Biloxi River near Lyman.
* WHEN...Until Sunday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 17.0 feet, There will be major flooding on Loraine
Road near the Lorraine Road bridge. Major roads will be closed
including Lamey Bridge Road and Old Highway 49 at the Little Biloxi
River. Major flooding will occur in Retreat and Riverland Village
Subdivisions.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 7:45 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 15.2 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 9.0 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending
at 7:45 PM CDT Thursday was 15.2 feet.
- Forecast...The river will rise to 17.5 feet early tomorrow
afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage early Sunday
morning to 6.2 feet Monday evening. It will rise to 6.7 feet
early Tuesday morning. It will then fall to 6.0 feet early
Tuesday afternoon. It will then rise again but remain below flood
stage.
- Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
- Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 17.5
feet on 04/28/2016.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive cars
through flooded areas.
