Description:
At 548 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong
thunderstorms 7 miles south of Shuqualak, or 8 miles northeast of De
Kalb, moving southeast at 10 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Scooba, Shuqualak, Porterville, Cooksville, Paulette, and Electric
Mills.
Instruction:
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
