Description:
* WHAT...Dense fog will reduce visibility to 1 NM or less.
* WHERE...In the Main Channel of the Columbia River Bar, Coastal
waters from Cape Shoalwater WA to Cape Falcon OR out 10 NM and
Waters from Cape Shoalwater WA to Cape Falcon OR from 10 to 60
NM.
* WHEN...Until noon PDT today.
* IMPACTS...Low visibility will make navigation difficult.
Instruction:
If you must navigate, proceed with caution. Use proper fog
signals. Make sure all running lights are on. Remember to use
your radar and compass.
