* WHAT...Visibility one quarter to one half mile in dense fog.
* WHERE...In Minnesota, Carlton and South St. Louis County. In
Wisconsin, Douglas County.
* WHEN...Until 8 AM CDT this morning.
* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The lowest visibilities will be found in the
St. Louis River Valley between the Twin Ports and Cloquet.
Instruction:
If driving, slow down, use your low-beam headlights and fog lights,
and leave plenty of distance ahead of you.
