* WHERE...In Minnesota, Crow Wing, Northern Aitkin, Pine, South
Aitkin, North Cass, North Itasca, South Cass, South Itasca, and
Carlton and South St. Louis Counties. In Wisconsin, Bayfield,
Burnett, Douglas, Sawyer, and Washburn Counties.
* WHEN...Until 9 AM CDT this morning.
* IMPACTS...Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive
outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
