* WHAT...Temperatures as low as 32 will result in frost formation.
* WHERE...In Minnesota, Crow Wing, Northern Aitkin, Pine, South
Aitkin, North Cass, North Itasca, South Cass, South Itasca, Carlton
and South St. Louis, and Northern Cook and Lake Counties. In
Wisconsin, Price, Ashland, Bayfield, Burnett, Douglas, Iron,
Sawyer, and Washburn Counties.
* WHEN...Until 9 AM CDT Friday.
* IMPACTS...Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive
outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
