At 553 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Aurora, or near
Brookings, moving east at 45 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and half dollar size hail.
SOURCE...Trained weather spotters. At 548 AM CDT, quarter size hail
was reported in Brookings.
IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
roofs, siding, and trees.
