* WHERE...Portions of northwest Minnesota and northeast and southeast
North Dakota.
* WHEN...From 10 AM to 7 PM CDT Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
