Description:
Temperatures are gradually decreasing and heat index values are
already under 100 where the Extreme Heat Warning is no longer in
place, so the advisory is being allowed to expire. An Extreme Heat
Warning Remains in place through 11 PM this evening for parts of the
Red River Valley and west central Minnesota where heat index values
greater than 100 are likely to linger longer.
