Description:
* WHAT...Temperatures will drop into the 32 to 36 range by sunrise
Friday morning. Clear skies and light winds will result in frost
formation.
* WHERE...In Minnesota, East Otter Tail, Grant, West Otter Tail, and
Wilkin Counties. In North Dakota, Ransom, Richland, and Sargent
Counties.
* WHEN...From midnight tonight to 9 AM CDT Friday.
* IMPACTS...Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive
outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Urban centers may not experience frost due to
locally warmer temperatures.
