Description:
At 755 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from 8 miles southeast of The Huron Islands to Big Bay to
12 miles north of West Ishpeming to 6 miles northeast of Champion,
moving east at 25 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
Locations impacted include...
Michigamme, Little Presque Isle, The Huron Islands, Skanee, Big Bay,
Lake Michigamme, Mountain Lake, Island Lake, Sugarloaf Mountain,
Silver Lake Basin, Halfway Village, and Huron River Point.
