Description:
At 804 AM EDT/704 AM CDT/, a severe thunderstorm was located near
Bergland, or 8 miles south of Porcupine Mountains State Park, moving
southeast at 45 mph.
HAZARD...Golf ball size hail and 70 mph wind gusts.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail
damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect
considerable tree damage. Wind damage is also likely to
mobile homes, roofs, and outbuildings.
Locations impacted include...
Porcupine Mountains State Park, Bergland, Bruce Crossing, Northern
Lake Gogebic, Norwich, Clark Lake, White Pine, Ewen, Mirror Lake,
Lake of the Clouds, and Merriweather.
Instruction:

a building.
