* At 307 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Pine Plains,
or 13 miles northeast of Rhinebeck, moving north at 40 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage
to roofs, siding, and trees.
