Description:
At 354 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Copake, or 10 miles southeast of Hudson, moving north at 10 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Chatham, Claverack, Livingston, Copake, Austerlitz, Philmont,
Claverack-Red Mills, Ghent, Hillsdale, Canaan, Richmond, Taghkanic,
West Stockbridge, Churchtown, North Hillsdale, Linlithgo Mills,
Harlemville, Brick Tavern, West Ghent, and Carey Corner.
