to 8 feet expected in the surf zone. For the Beach Hazards
Statement, a high risk of rip currents is expected.
* WHERE...Maryland Beaches, including Ocean City.
* WHEN...For the High Surf Advisory, until 6 PM EDT this
evening. For the Beach Hazards Statement, until 8 PM EDT this
evening.
* IMPACTS...Dangerous swimming and surfing conditions and
localized beach erosion.
Instruction:
Inexperienced swimmers should remain out of the water due to
dangerous surf conditions.
Remain out of the water to avoid hazardous swimming conditions.
