* WHERE...In Louisiana, Northern Calcasieu and Southern Calcasieu
Parishes. In Texas, Northern Jasper, Northern Newton, and Tyler

* WHEN...From 7 AM this morning to 1 AM CDT Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
