Description:
At 520 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 9
miles southeast of Bayou Sorrel, or 16 miles west of Donaldsonville,
moving west at 25 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
White Castle, Belle Rose, Paincourtville and Bayou Sorrel.
Instruction:
Monitor the weather situation closely and be alert for threatening
weather conditions.
