Description:
At 458 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Big Bend to near Lettsworth to near
Melville. Movement was west at 20 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Simmesport, Melville, Moreauville, Palmetto, Bordelonville, Bayou
Current, Morrow, Cottonport, Plaucheville, Goudeau, Big Cane, Big
Bend, Dupont, Lebeau, and Hamburg.
Instruction:
