Description:
At 407 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Lydia to near Intracoastal City. Movement
was southwest at 10 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
New Iberia, Avery Island, Intracoastal City, Lydia, Esther, and
Henry.
Instruction:
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
