At 212 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located over Luling, or 7 miles southeast of Hahnville, moving north at 30 mph. HAZARD...Tornado. SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is likely. This dangerous storm will be near... Luling, St. Rose, Ama, Boutte, and Destrehan around 215 AM CDT. This includes Interstate 310 between mile markers 3 and 7.
