Description:
* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.
* WHERE...A portion of southeast Kentucky, including the following
counties, Bell, Floyd, Harlan, Knott, Leslie, Letcher, Perry and
Pike.
* WHEN...Until 2 AM EDT Friday.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Showers and thunderstorms containing torrential downpours may
move repeatedly over the same locations, resulting in
isolated to scattered instances of flash flooding in low-
lying areas through late tonight.
