At 444 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Avawam, or near Hazard, moving east at 10 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Hazard, Cordia, Avawam, Diablock, Bulan, and Dwarf.
THIS INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING HIGHWAYS...
Hal Rogers Parkway between mile markers 54 and 59.
Kentucky Highway 80 in Perry County between mile markers 9 and 15.
