Description: 
At 858 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from Wallingford to near Flemingsburg to near Pecks Ridge to near Carlisle. Movement was southeast at 40 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Morehead, Flemingsburg, Owingsville, Marshall, Sharpsburg, Salt Lick, Fairview, Ramey, Pecks Ridge, Wyoming, Peasticks, Flat Creek, Triplett, Odessa, Bourbon Furnace, Hilda, Pebble, Sharkey, Muses Mills, and Wallingford. THIS INCLUDES Interstate 64 in eastern Kentucky between mile markers 116 and 147.
Instruction: 
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways. A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 200 AM EDT for east central Kentucky.
