At 214 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Pennington Gap, or near Jonesville, moving east at 35 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Lynch, Bobs Creek, Black Mountain, Rock House, Holmes Mill, Clover, Dizney, Chevrolet, Smith, Clover Fork, Cranks, Clover-Darby, Martins Fork Lake, Three Point, Kenvir, Grays Knob, Big Black Mountain, Lenarve, and Crummies.
Instruction: 
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
