* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Central Breathitt County in southeastern Kentucky...
Northwestern Knott County in southeastern Kentucky...
South Central Magoffin County in southeastern Kentucky...
North Central Perry County in southeastern Kentucky...
* WHEN...Until 315 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1221 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the advisory area. Between 1.5 and 2 inches of rain
have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are expected over
the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.

Noble, Buck, Rowdy, Ary, Talcum, Decoy, Hardshell, Daisydell,
Dice, Ned, Elmrock, Clayhole, Watts, Evanston, Vail, Lamont,
Barwick, Wolf Coal, Altro and Handshoe.
