Description: 
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...A portion of southeast Kentucky, including the following counties, Floyd and Pike. * WHEN...Until 715 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 606 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated that the heaviest rain had ended; however, light to moderate rainfall will continue through 6:45 PM. Excessive runoff from previous heavy rainfall will continue to cause minor flooding in low lying areas. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen since 4 PM. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Prestonsburg, Coal Run Village, Martin, Allen, Meta, Zebulon, Kimper, Gulnare, Mcandrews, Betsy Layne, Justell, Ivel, Dana, Banner, Alvin, Emma, Coleman, Allen City, Dwale and Arkansas.
Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
