* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...Portions of east central, northeast, and southeast Kentucky, including the following counties, in east central Kentucky, Menifee. In northeast Kentucky, Johnson. In southeast Kentucky, Magoffin and Morgan. * WHEN...Until 645 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 539 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated that the heaviest rain had exited the area; however, excessive runoff from previous heavy rainfall will continue to cause minor flooding of small streams and creeks, roads, and roadside culverts. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen since 3:30 PM. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Paintsville, West Liberty, Henry, Logville, Haleburg, Orient, Dingus, Matthew, Cisco, Plutarch, Florress, Silverhill, Grayfox, Ever, Cottle, Coon, White Oak, Quod, Mima and Lacey.
Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
